DHA 4 HORSES supplementary feed with good evidence of effect in horse allergy sufferers. It contains a complex of amino acids, vitamins and essential fatty acids and powerful antioxidants that contribute to reducing the manifestations of equine asthma and other hypersensitive diseases: allergy to insect stings ("summer rash") and other types of skin allergies, including atopic dermatitis. DHA = docosahexaenoic acid is one of the essential fatty acids that the body does not produce by itself, and their intake into the body is completely dependent on the diet. In horses, the long-term administration of DHA has been repeatedly shown to have a positive effect on reducing the manifestations of: equine asthma (RAO, recurrent airway obstruction; IAD, inflammatory airway disease). Administration of DHA is a suitable supplement to the dust-free management of horses with symptoms of allergic bronchitis, which is essential for controlling the disease. A positive effect was demonstrated at a dose of 1.5-3 g of DHA per day, during administration for at least two months. Boswellia and turmeric - powerful plant extracts with the ability to suppress inflammatory conditions of the respiratory tract and reduce the production of cytokines, which are responsible for inflammatory reactions in the body. Boswellic acids can block enzymes called 5-lipoxygenases, which are key to the production of leukotrienes, inflammatory mediators that contribute to bronchoconstriction (narrowing of the airways) and other symptoms of asthma. By blocking the formation of boswellic acid leukotrienes, they can reduce allergic reactions and asthmatic symptoms associated with airway inflammation. Alltech - NuPro® is a natural mixture of concentrated irreplaceable essential nutrients, amino acids and peptides with a short chain and good digestibility. They are necessary for the full course of the immune response of the immune system. Nucleotides are of essential importance in regenerative processes in the restoration of mucous epithelia.
