Cold-pressed milk thistle oil contains all oil components in their natural ratio and quality. Thanks to low pressing temperatures, the maximum amount of valuable bioactive compounds, vitamins, provitamins and other active substances is preserved in the resulting oil. Deep yellow oil with a characteristic vegetable aroma and a pleasant oily taste, contains high proportions of higher essential unsaturated fatty acids in mutual proportions. Linoleic acid is a strong antioxidant and is involved in the body's metabolic processes. It takes part in maintaining an optimal blood sugar level, strengthens the immune system. It is essential for the quality of fur, skin and hoof horn. It stabilizes the structures of the cell membranes of the skin, promotes hydration, elasticity and healing. Other substances vitamin E and A are some of the strongest natural antioxidants that play a key role in the cardiovascular and reproductive systems and prevent the development of inflammatory processes. We use oil primarily as an easily accessible source of energy, which, in combination with physical activity and enzymatic reactions, supports the leaching of fatty acids from fat cells.
