The classic Acavallo gel pad allows the skin to breathe while maintaining excellent contact with the saddle. The molded gel with which it is composed makes it thicker than a traditional pad, but guarantees a dual purpose, anti-slip and shock-absorbing. With great force, it prevents any unwanted movement of the saddle in any direction: forward, backward and sideways. In addition, the gel is able to compensate for minor imperfections in the horse's back, making it suitable even for backs that are slightly "rounder". The central part of the pad has a smaller thickness, which allows it to better adapt to the withers and back of the horse, thus guaranteeing a larger space between the saddle and the gel, which allows continuous air circulation. Acavallo® Classic Gel is hypoallergenic, non-toxic and does not react negatively with the skin, which are properties that allow the pad to be used directly in contact with the skin. The gel can also be cut and then adapted to any type of saddle if necessary.
