In addition to a high amount of fiber, the main property of which is to aid the digestion process, it contains a significantly lower proportion of glucose than any other fruit. Thanks to the natural content of fructose, it does not increase the blood sugar level, it helps to maintain the blood sugar level by slowing down its absorption into the blood.
